When will your order ship?
- Once you place your order, we will confirm your order within one business day. Your order will usually ship within one to three business days from the time your order is placed on any in-stock merchandise.Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. In the event we are out of stock on the product(s) you have ordered, you will be notified by email when your product(s) will be in stock and when they will be shipped. At this time, you may cancel your order prior to shipping.
- Your Credit Card will NOT be charged if we are out of stock.
- You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on" MY ACCOUNT" on the top right side of this page or on any page throughout Rusty's Web Site.
What are your Shipping Options?- Shipping cost are calculated according to weight, location, delivery method (such as speed) and sometimes according to size and shape. Shipping cost are automatically calculated in your shopping cart before your order is finalized in the check out process.
- Rusty's Discount Pet Supply Center ships to all the 50 United States of America.
- Rusty's cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses.
- If shipping is to an APO/FPO address, your order may take 14 or more days for delivery.
- When your order is shipped your will receive an email confirmation with your UPS Tracking Number. You can then track you order at www.ups.com
