RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a replacement or a refund of your full merchandise cost within the guidelines listed below.
THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO OUR ONLINE STORE ONLY.
- You may return any item, for any reason, in its original and unused condition if reported to us within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit (gift Certificate) good toward the purchase of any item online, in store or good toward our in store grooming services.
- If a refund is requested, provided it meets the conditions acceptable for a refund mention herein, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The 20% restocking fee also applies to any orders canceled by the customer. Shipping fees will also be refunded if we are directly at fault. Returns will ONLY be honored if reported within 30 days of receipt. We will also refund the shipping cost if we send you the wrong item by mistake providing it was our error and you did not order the wrong item.
- We will refund you the purchase price of your unopened item(s) once we receive the item(s). The item(s) must be returned in a resalable condition.
- If an item is no longer in new condition(opened and used), it may only be returned for a like item, and only if defective
- Opened items (except for consumables like pet foods and treats) can be returned for a store credit only.
- Open Edibles like foods, treats or any edible cannot be returned due to strict health codes.You will need to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty that may exist. Please choose such items carefully and double check your order before submitting.
- Item(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced with an identical item(s).
- Items received as a gift (purchased by someone other than you) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
- We do not accept returns on Sale Items or Online Specials. All sales are final.
- Returns will only be accepted if reported within 30 days after receipt.After this time, if under manufacture's warranty, you will need to contact the manufacture regarding any warranties regarding your items.
- Report to carrier any damaged boxes or missing items within 72 hours of receipt. UPS: 1-800-742-5877.
- Buyer has10 days to inform Rusty's Discount Pet Supplies of any mistakes or concerns regarding shipped items
- Special orders are non-returnable.
- Any item returned to Rusty's Discount Pet Supplies that does not meet the return policy requirements will either be returned to the buyer (at buyer's shipping expense) or discarded with no credit issued.
- The Manufacture's Warranty does not cover the shipping charges on any item returned within 30 days to Rusty's Discount Pet Supplies. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping charges.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned items. However, if it is our mistake we will gladly credit you promptly.

- Please be sure to send your package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured. Insuring your package
will protect you in the event your package is lost or damaged in transit. Carefully package your returned item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) or in a suitable shipping package. If using the original packaging, please remove any extra labels on the outside of the package. Please use ample padding material to protect the item(s) and include a copy of your invoice
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot except COD deliveries.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that your item(s) are well protected when returning to us. Proper packaging and ample padding will help ensure that your returned items arrive to us undamaged. Using the original packing and shipping materials is recommended, if possible. Refunds will only be issued for new/resalable unopened item(s) Once Rusty's receive your returned item(s) we will issue you a refund or store credit (depending on the above mentioned conditions) for the purchase price of the return item(s), including tax, if any. If paid by credit card, Rusty's will charge back the amount to your credit card (MINUS any fees that may apply, as mentioned above). If an item is being returned due to its' arriving damaged or a manufacture's defect, Rusty's will also refund the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us.
Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your refund. However, usual processing time is 14 days. Rusty's will notify you be email when your refund has been processed and issued.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to exchange an item(s), the return and replacement shipping cost are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping is a paid service provided by a shipping courier.
